Twenty one delegates from across Knowsley attended a Team Teach Foundation Course on Wednesday 1st March at Eastcroft Park Primary School.
The course was led by Ian Rafferty and Jo Ledbury from Randstad Education. This course covers: personal safety, team building, non verbal and verbal de-escalation communication strategies, and some positive handling techniques.
The next course will be on Wednesday 3rd May 2017 at Eastcroft Park.
