Collaborative Training Venues

The Collaborative has four key training venues. All are fully accessible. There is a google maps link to  training locations on each calendar event.

Eastcroft Park Primary School – Hollinghurst Road, Tower Hill, Kirkby L33 1EB

At Eastcroft Park we have an air conditioned  conference space for up to 32 delegates. The themed learning space is created by children and staff at the school,  to provide a rich and  stimulating environment.

Park Brow Primary School – Broad Lane, Southdene, Kirkby, L32 6QH

Park Brow is the home of Kirkby Collaborative Governor training. There is excellent access and secure parking for evening events. The venue can provide a large conference facility or a room for smaller groups of delegates.

Suites Hotel – School Lane, Kirkby L34 9HA

The Suites Hotel provides conference spaces for 6 to 200 delegates, and is our venue for larger events. There is excellent parking and access from the M57.

Holiday Inn Express – School Lane, Kirkby L34 9HA

Holiday Inn Express is the venue for the monthly Kirkby Collaborative Headteachers meetings. It is also the venue for all our First Aid training. It can  provide training rooms for 6 to 24 delegates.

Online training

We also offer a range of training online using Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

Collaborative Training Refreshments

Please notify the Collaborative of any dietary requirements before attending any event .

Tea and coffee is provided at all Collaborative training events.

Full day events have a lunch provided. At Eastcroft Park this is a Subway platter. At the Suites Hotel and Holiday Inn Express this is a sandwiches and chips or wedges lunch.

Congratulations to our 14 Kirkby schools for putting in place measures 12 hours after the lock down announcement, enabling over 650 children per day to access face to face education, support key workers and vulnerable children, AND provide home based pupils with remote learning !

Mrs Hannah has had a profound impact on our school, shaping it into what it is today & has also had an incredible impact on staff, parents & pupils alike. As we say goodbye, we know it is her time to rest & be with her family. We’ll miss you, Mrs Hannah. Love, your HF family x ❤️ https://t.co/XEQ4cVrSXn
